I recommend salt water or beach water over any soaking method because it is the most economic. Other Solutions
If you want less of a mess, I would turn to tea tree oils. This is another safe and effective nail fungus treatment that will help with your toenail fungus if it’s not too severe. If your case is extremely severe, I would recommend carefully filing your nails down to a comfortable size because this will make them easier to treat at home.

That said, I still say Listerine foot baths are only good for minor infections. Like the vinegar, it lacks in penetrative power to get to the root of your infection.
